When & Where: Palm Springs Pride 2026
Palm Springs Pride 2026 takes place Friday, November 6, through Sunday, November 8, with most of the festivities unfolding throughout downtown Palm Springs, along Palm Canyon Drive and in the famously gay Arenas District.
This year's official theme, "Be Included," carries particular significance as Greater Palm Springs Pride celebrates its 40th anniversary. Four decades of visibility, activism, community, and progress deserve a proper celebration.
Here's how the festivities unfold:
October 29 – November 1: Palm Springs Leather Pride
October 30–31: Halloween Palm Springs celebrations in the Arenas District
November 6: Palm Springs Pride festivities and Arenas District Block Party
November 7: Pride Festival, entertainment, marketplace, and Pride Run & Walk 5K
November 8: Palm Springs Pride Parade, festival, and Sunday celebrations
One of the best things about Palm Springs Pride is that the official festival and parade remain FREE and open to everyone. Many privately produced parties and special performances require separate tickets.
Check the official Palm Springs Pride website for the latest schedules and announcements.
Palm Springs Pride Festival & Parade: The Main Event
The Palm Springs Pride Festival (November 6–8)
Downtown will be filled with live music, drag performances, dancing, colorful characters, LGBTQ+ organizations, and an entire community celebrating itself without apology.
The official Palm Springs Pride Festival transforms downtown into a sprawling outdoor celebration featuring multiple entertainment stages, DJs, performers, artists, community organizations, and vendors.
Festivities begin Friday afternoon in the Arenas District, while the main festival marketplace and additional entertainment stages operate Saturday and Sunday.
And the 2026 entertainment lineup is already looking fabulous.
Among this year's announced headliners are pop star Aubrey O'Day, formerly of Danity Kane, and The Cowgays, a queer country supergroup featuring Adam Mac, Brooke Eden, and Chris Housman. Because sometimes you want a dance-pop anthem, and sometimes you want a gay cowboy singing his heart out. We contain multitudes.
Additional performances and stage schedules are expected to be announced as Pride weekend approaches.

This year's grand marshals include comedians and entertainers Fortune Feimster and Cheyenne Jackson, alongside community honorees Gary Moline, Marshall Pearcy, and Kataluna Enriquez.
Arrive early to claim a good viewing spot, bring sunscreen, and don't forget your water.

We're thrilled to be part of another fabulous Pride on the Rooftop celebration alongside our friends at CG Events!
Overlooking the parade route from the gorgeous rooftop of the Flannery Exchange, this annual event combines breathtaking mountain views, fabulous people, delicious libations, and a bird's-eye view of all the Pride action.
DJ MODGIRL will be providing the soundtrack, Lulu's Palm Springs is bringing the cocktails, and proceeds benefit The LGBTQ Community Center of the Desert.
This year's event is already SOLD OUT (sorry, not sorry)! If you've secured your spot, we'll see you on the rooftop.
For everyone else, there are plenty of fantastic places to enjoy the parade at street level, where you'll be right in the middle of the action.
Palm Springs Pride Run & Walk 5K (Saturday, November 7)
Time: 8–11 AM
Location: Old Las Palmas neighborhood
If your idea of kicking off Pride involves a little exercise before the inevitable calorie replenishment, the Palm Springs Pride Run & Walk 5K is an excellent way to start your Saturday.
Hosted by Palm Springs Front Runners & Walkers, this annual event winds through the beautiful historic Old Las Palmas neighborhood and benefits local LGBTQ+ organizations.
Whether you're an experienced runner, a casual walker, or simply appreciate the social benefits of a large gathering of men in running shorts, all experience levels are welcome.
Registration is limited, so reserve your spot early.
After Dark: The Biggest Palm Springs Pride Parties
Palm Springs may be famous for its relaxed desert lifestyle, but during Pride weekend, the city knows exactly how to turn up the volume.
From massive circuit parties to underground dance experiences, there are enough opportunities to get sweaty on a dance floor to make your fitness tracker question your lifestyle choices.
Here are some of the biggest independent Pride parties returning in 2026.
Desertopia (November 6–8)
Desertopia returns to Palm Springs Pride for its fifth year, bringing its distinctive blend of underground dance music, queer self-expression, fashion, and unapologetic fun.
Think creative looks, eclectic crowds, international DJs, and an atmosphere that feels somewhere between a fabulous desert rave and a gloriously unconventional family reunion.
This year's announced performers include Prosumer, Hannah Holland, Tommy Hart, Nark, and other underground favorites, with nighttime events and poolside festivities planned throughout the weekend.
If your musical taste runs toward house, disco, and underground electronic music – and you appreciate a crowd that isn't afraid to express itself – Desertopia deserves a prominent spot on your itinerary.
LE Parties: Pride Massive (November 6–8)
LE Parties' Pride Massive takes over the Ace Hotel & Swim Club with an entire weekend of pool parties, drag entertainment, and after-dark adventures.
This year's lineup includes:
Friday: Welcome Pool Party and Drag-A-Licious

Sunday: Refresh Pool Party
Drag-A-Licious features a fabulous cast including Willam, Jazzlene East Coast, June Jambalaya, and Kimora Blac.

Desert Heat Pride Weekend (November 6–8)
Desert Heat returns with a major circuit-party weekend centered at Hotel Zoso in downtown Palm Springs.
This year's programming includes TUFF, the Summertramp Pool Party, GPS: Pride Edition, and the Super Sunset Tea closing celebration.
The DJ lineup includes Karsten Sollors, T'Don, Ben Bakson, Junyo, Eduardo OMG, and the legendary duo Thunderpuss, among others.
If you're looking for big-room sound, elaborate production, international DJ talent, and dance floors packed with men who have clearly been preparing for this weekend, Desert Heat has you covered.
Separate tickets and weekend passes are available. Some additional after-hours events require their own admission.
BRÜT Palm Springs Pride (Friday, November 6)
Time: 8 PM–2 AM

BRÜT brings its signature high-energy, masculine dance-party atmosphere back to Palm Springs.
Expect multiple rooms, powerful sound, lasers, and a crowd embracing everything from leather and harnesses to jockstraps and unapologetic self-expression.
With DJs including Dan Darlington, Brady Prince, Mohammad, and Blacklow, this is one for the serious dancers and the gentlemen who enjoy a little mischief.
Advance tickets are already sold out, although organizers anticipate very limited admission at the door.
Pool Parties: Sunshine, Speedos & Socializing
What's a Palm Springs gaycation without some quality pool time?
November brings some of the desert's most beautiful weather, making it an ideal time to soak up the sunshine, meet some new friends, and show off that swimsuit you've been saving for a special occasion.
Or perhaps a very small swimsuit. We don't judge.
Official Pride Pool Party (Friday, November 6)
Time: 2–6 PM
Location: Palm Springs Surf Club
The official Pride Pool Party takes place at the Palm Springs Surf Club, with a heated pool, lazy river, DJ entertainment, and food and drink specials.
It's an easygoing way to get the weekend started, especially if you want to socialize before heading downtown for the evening festivities.
Rainbow Splash Pool Party (Saturday, November 7)
Time: Noon–4 PM
Location: CCBC Resort, Cathedral City
Looking for something a little more adventurous?
The Rainbow Splash Pool Party returns to CCBC Resort, offering a clothing-optional environment with poolside DJs and plenty of opportunities to socialize.
Whether you're interested in a lively afternoon by the pool or experiencing one of the Coachella Valley's best-known gay men's resorts, this is a popular alternative to the downtown festivities.
And yes, clothing is optional. Confidence is encouraged.
More Poolside Pride
The Ace Hotel & Swim Club will also be hosting multiple pool parties as part of Pride Massive, while Desertopia and Desert Heat have their own daytime celebrations planned.
Pick the pool party that best suits your crowd and musical taste. You don't need to attend all of them to have a fabulous weekend. Although we certainly admire ambition.
Drag, Comedy & Queer Culture: The Stars Are Coming Out
Pride isn't exclusively about dance floors and poolside flirting.
Palm Springs has become an increasingly exciting destination for LGBTQ+ arts and entertainment, and this year's Pride weekend offers an impressive lineup of comedy, drag, theatre, and queer storytelling.

This is exactly the kind of culturally rich programming that makes Palm Springs Pride more than just a party weekend.
Sam Morrison: Sugar Daddy (Friday, November 6)

Gay Bars, Drag Brunches & Local Nightlife Favorites
Not every memorable Pride experience needs a massive production budget or an international DJ.
Sometimes all you need is a good cocktail, some fabulous company, and a friendly gay bar where the conversation comes easily.
Fortunately, Palm Springs and neighboring Cathedral City have no shortage of those.
Arenas District: The Heart of Gay Palm Springs
Arenas Road is the undisputed center of Palm Springs gay nightlife, with a collection of bars and clubs all within easy walking distance.
During Pride, the street becomes an especially lively pedestrian-friendly celebration filled with music, dancing, patios, and an endless parade of interesting characters.
Popular establishments include Hunters, Chill Bar, Blackbook, Quadz, and Dick's, among others.
One of our favorite things about Arenas Road is how easy it is to meet people. Start a conversation on a patio, wander into another establishment, run into the same handsome stranger an hour later, and suddenly you've made a new friend (or at least exchanged Instagram handles).
For those planning to visit multiple participating bars, organizers are offering an official Pride Skip-the-Line Pass.
Explore the Arenas District Guide for more information.
One Eleven Bar: ICONIC Pride Drag Brunch (Saturday, November 7)
Location: Cathedral City
One Eleven Bar continues to establish itself as one of the Coachella Valley's most entertaining destinations for drag.
Their ICONIC Pride Drag Brunch features Vanity Halston alongside an impressive lineup of local talent and RuPaul's Drag Race performers.
If you're looking for great drag, delicious brunch, and an excuse to begin your day with a little sparkle, this is a fantastic choice.
And if you haven't explored Cathedral City's thriving gay nightlife scene, consider this your invitation.
One Eleven Bar drag brunch tickets
Boozehounds: Queerlesque! Cult Classics (Saturday, November 7)
Time: 7–9:30 PM
Location: Boozehounds Palm Springs
If your perfect Pride night involves theatrical entertainment, fabulous food, and a little something unexpected, Boozehounds has a particularly intriguing event.
Queerlesque! Cult Classics combines drag, burlesque, aerial performances, and queer theatricality for an evening of outrageous entertainment.
Standing-room admission and VIP tables are available.
We love seeing more local establishments contribute creative programming to Pride weekend. It gives visitors another reason to explore beyond the usual party circuit.
The Eagle Cathedral City: A New Era of Leather Nightlife
Location: 67625 E. Palm Canyon Drive, Cathedral City
One of the most anticipated additions to the Coachella Valley gay nightlife scene is finally preparing to spread its wings.
The Eagle Cathedral City is scheduled to celebrate its grand opening on Friday, October 30, perfectly timed for Palm Springs Leather Pride.
Inspired by the legendary Eagle tradition, the new venue promises a dedicated home for leather, kink, and masculine gay nightlife in the desert.
The grand-opening weekend includes Strapped In dance parties, a cigar social, and a Leather Pride closing celebration.
For anyone interested in leather culture, this is one of the most exciting new developments in our local gay nightlife scene.
Palm Springs Leather Pride & Halloween: The Fabulous Prelude
Why limit yourself to one weekend when you can make an extended gaycation out of the whole celebration?
Palm Springs Leather Pride takes place October 29 – November 1, 2026, hosted by the Palm Springs Leather Order of the Desert.
This year's theme, VALHALLA, celebrates leather culture with a full schedule of parties, competitions, workshops, social gatherings, and community events.
Highlights include:
October 29: Official Leather Pride Welcome Party at Hunters
October 30–31: Dark Alley Marketplace at Tool Shed
October 31: Mr. Palm Springs Leather 2027 competition and the debut of the Palm Springs Boot Black competition
November 1: Official Victory Party and Beer Bust at The Eagle Cathedral City
There are also pool parties, cigar socials, play events, educational programming, and sober gatherings throughout the weekend.
Leather Pride is an important celebration of self-expression, connection, consent, and the diverse communities that make up our LGBTQ+ world. Whether you're a longtime leather enthusiast or simply curious about experiencing something new, there's plenty to explore.
Halloween Palm Springs (October 30–31)
As if Leather Pride weren't enough, the Arenas District is also hosting two nights of Halloween Palm Springs celebrations.
The festivities include outdoor DJs, live entertainment, and a Halloween costume contest on Saturday, October 31.
Both nights are free to attend, with optional paid VIP experiences.
In a city where costume creativity is already an Olympic-level pursuit, Halloween and Leather Pride make for a particularly entertaining combination. Come dressed to impress, express, or completely bewilder.
If You Only Do 5 Things at Palm Springs Pride 2026...
With so much happening, even the most ambitious need to prioritize.
Here are five experiences we think capture some of the best of Palm Springs Pride.
1. Experience the Pride Parade (November 8)
There's nothing quite like the energy of the parade along Palm Canyon Drive. Whether you watch from the sidewalk or a fabulous rooftop, it's an essential Palm Springs Pride experience.
2. Discover the Arenas District
Spend an evening exploring the gay bars and patios of Arenas Road. Sometimes the most memorable moments happen between scheduled events.
3. Attend a Major Pride Party
Choose your own adventure with Desertopia, BRÜT, Pride Massive, or Desert Heat. Whether you love circuit beats or underground house music, there's a dance floor with your name on it.
4. See a Legendary Queer Performer
Margaret Cho, Jurassic Drag, Fortune Feimster, and John Cameron Mitchell are just a few reasons to make room for something cultural on your itinerary.
5. Make Time for a Pool Party
Nothing says Gay Palm Springs quite like spending an afternoon dancing, socializing, or lounging in the sunshine with a few hundred of your newest friends.
Where to Stay for Palm Springs Pride 2026
Palm Springs Pride is one of the busiest LGBTQ+ travel weekends of the year, so securing your accommodations early is essential.
Fortunately, there's something here for nearly every kind of traveler. From luxurious boutique hotels and stylish mid-century modern properties to intimate men-only resorts, staying in Palm Springs can be an experience all its own.
And for gay men who enjoy a little extra freedom, the desert is particularly well known for its clothing-optional resorts.
Some of our favorites include Santiago Resort, Descanso Resort, Twin Palms Resort, and several other unique properties throughout Palm Springs and Cathedral City. We've already done the homework for you in our guide to the Best Clothing-Optional (Men-Only) Resorts in Gay Palm Springs.
These are likely already booked up (well in advance), but there is no shortage of boutique hotels, familiar chain hotels, and Airbnbs in town and all over the valley.
Gay Palm Springs Pride Weekend: Insider Travel Tips
A little planning can make the difference between a fabulous Pride weekend and one that leaves you exhausted before the parade even begins.
Book your accommodations and tickets early. Many of the most popular performances and parties sell out weeks in advance. If something is essential to your experience, don't leave it to chance.
Plan for road closures and limited parking. Palm Canyon Drive and Arenas Road will be affected by Pride festivities. Walking and rideshares are often your best friends. The official Pride transportation and accessibility guide provides useful information.
Stay hydrated. November is usually glorious in Palm Springs, but the desert sunshine is no joke. Add dancing, cocktails, and a few questionable decisions, and you'll want to keep that water bottle handy.
Make dinner reservations. Restaurants fill up quickly during Pride weekend. Don't assume you'll be able to walk into your favorite dining spot with six friends and a hunger emergency.
Leave room for spontaneity. We love a well-planned itinerary, but sometimes the best memories come from an unexpected invitation, a new friendship, or an evening that takes an entirely different turn.
Pace yourself. There's no trophy for attending every party. A fabulous brunch and an afternoon nap can be just as satisfying as a marathon dance session.
Your Gay Palm Springs Pride Packing List
Here's what we recommend bringing for your 2026 Palm Springs Pride getaway:
SPF 50+ sunscreen: Because lobster red isn't a particularly flattering Pride accessory.
A reusable water bottle: Hydration is sexy. Dehydration, not so much.
Your favorite Pride outfits: Think short-shorts, tanks, sheer fabrics, colorful accessories, and whatever makes you feel fantastic.
Comfortable shoes: You'll be walking and dancing more than you think.
Swimwear: Speedos, trunks, or whatever feels right. Clothing is optional only at designated venues (and private parties).
Layers for cooler evenings: Desert nights can be surprisingly chilly in November.
A portable fan: Handheld, battery-powered, or otherwise. We'll leave the interpretation to you.
Phone charger or power bank: Between photos, event tickets, and exchanging numbers, your phone will be working overtime.
An open mind: The most important thing you can bring to Palm Springs is a willingness to experience something new.
And perhaps leave a little extra space in your suitcase. You never know what you'll find while shopping in Gay Palm Springs.
Also, event schedules and ticket availability can change, so we recommend checking directly with organizers before finalizing your plans.
Why Palm Springs Pride Is More Than Just a Weekend
Here's something we've learned from living in Palm Springs: Pride doesn't really end when the parade is over. There's a reason gay men from all over the world keep returning to this remarkable little desert oasis – and why so many eventually decide to call it home.
Beyond the glorious weather, breathtaking mountain scenery, extraordinary restaurants, and legendary gay nightlife, there's something deeply comforting about being somewhere that celebrates who you are.
Palm Springs is a place where making new friends can feel surprisingly effortless. Where a spontaneous conversation at a cocktail bar can turn into dinner plans. Where a weekend getaway can become the beginning of a lasting friendship, a romantic connection, or an entirely new chapter in life.
And while November is an especially wonderful time to visit, Gay Palm Springs has something to offer all year long. From warm winter sunshine and poolside spring afternoons to world-class arts, culture, dining, and a thriving LGBTQ+ community, there's always another reason to return.
Palm Springs Pride 2026 is an invitation to celebrate how far we've come, recognize the work that remains, and experience the joy of belonging to something bigger than ourselves.
